Following a line up change, “A Burial, A Resurrection” marks a shift in direction, taking inspiration from early female electronic pioneers, Chris & Cosey and No Wave. Unmistakably Scouse, this EP makes no secret of the world the band is from, capturing the sound of post midnight smoking areas, and allowing the voice to remain unaltered and completely recongnisable alongside samples and esoteric industrial beats.
